Who this is for
Property Admins have full control over a single property in Chef-Ops-Pro: every module, every configuration setting, staff management, compliance tooling, and reporting. This guide walks through exactly how to do each task, screen by screen.

Getting started
1. Open the invitation email you received and click the link to set your password.
2. Go to the login page and sign in with your email and password.
3. The first time you sign in as an Admin, you’ll be asked to set an **App Lock PIN or password** — a short, separate secret (a 4–8 digit PIN, or a password) used to re-lock the dashboard between uses on a shared device. Choose **PIN** or **Password**, enter it twice to confirm, and click **Save and continue**.
4. New properties are then guided through a short setup wizard covering your Chef-Safe-Pro import (optional), your weekly check schedule, which modules to enable, and a few starter tasks. You can skip any step and finish it later — every page carries a **Continue Setup** link back to the wizard until it’s complete.
5. Once setup is finished, you land on your **Dashboard** — a same-day summary of what needs attention, your compliance score, and quick links into every module.
